Infraction: Illegal Probing and Parking in a restricted zone (Maila Belt IV-I)
Action Taken: Seeing 2 thorax class cruisers illegally running the belts in Maila‚ a restricted zone for all un-authorized traffic according to the ancient Veridiain Accords, I felt it necessary to Take action for the sake of honor and peace! Knowing that 2 thorax class cruisers would indeed have the overwhelming advantage in fire power over my rifter class forward patrol vessel, i decided to engage anyways for honors sake! I warped to the Belt at 0 and find them 44 Km of the center of the cluster and proceed to pursue. At this point I point the 1st of the 2 thoraxes and engage! Lethal force was taken.

the 2nd of the 2 thoraxes then proceeded to engage me. seeing as the cause was lost againast the "Waffle Hero Rifter" he decided to bug out and thus retreat form the system. The following is correspondence with the criminal

You and your friend were illegaly parked in a belt that you are not authorized to be in...thus your ships were removed by force. Any furthor attempts to park in previously said belt will result in a similar outcome, good day!

BUT seriously near as i can tell so far .4 is nomans land. So it basically amounts to you destroying a ship that was ill fitted to do business with the one you were flying. Doesnt it?
Put it this way, if a station or gate lets me in, I don't really bother myself with much other than that aside from whats the "sec" level and how many people are in here, and which ones could be a problem.
And honestly its a game. that was the 3rd thorax i lost yesturday not to mention 2 vexors, and ill probably loose 3 more today, so It's all good man, It was fun. I enjoyed the cat and mouse in the station. I wasnt watching you of course. And funny you didnt take my bait when i undocked the first time. Thats what left me with a little confidence to go out again. So nice play there.
Now all that aside if there really is some form of rule and i broke that rule, Then by all means let me know cause im still a newb. Оthеrwise if you guys are just in the process of attempting to claim that system then good luck to ya with that. And I may be back in the future when im bored‚ desperate for some kernite, and or looking for some fun =) Peace.
PS question though, why would you risk that. IM a newb of 2 weeks or so, Ive not joined a corp yet cause im not particularly interested in doing so yet, by nature im a loner. But with that said the offers are piling up so to speak. I've seven to choose from at this point and could somewhat easlily join one this afternoon and come back to your system tonight with a hundred players or so. We left last night and fleeted with a monster of a fleet to plow through level 4 missions. Would ya say thats just not something you beieve is possible? or that possibly your corp is big enough to handle that sort surprise? Just asking. Doesnt seem like something i would have done before actually feeling the person out or speaking with them. It seems risky. And just to let ya know thats not on my agenday anyways ive got other goals in mind for the moment. BUT again you might see again for a little dance or whatnot, much fun =)

Good sir‚ if you are indeed a sir that is worthy of beeing bed a good, the irelavince of your coment is astounding. I do believe that the Policeing forces of this system could capably and with quite ease handle any retalitory force you, or your undetermined corp, cold muster and then throw in offensive actions into the restricted system of maila. Your threats fall upon def ears as you yourself have proclaimed that your abilities as a pilot are, at best, lacking! You can muster forces of your own and then proceed to lead them into our restricted systems if you wish, (this is not advised as it has health hazzerds) We will field no more than 15 pilots in defending the system on imediate notice so you may have the numerical advantage...but i do swear upon my honor as a member of the ELITE waffe guard that your attempts shall fail in conquering the system.
