I apologise for the misunderstanding. I was of the understanding that non-PvPers could pay to avoid PvP. I was obviously mistaken as I wasn't given an opportunity at any point that could've saved me great loss. Apparently, being a non-Pvper and a returning player/new player with limited time to play ( <=4 hours/day x 365 days/year) is not acceptable in Eve online. Apparently one needs more time to make the ISK needed to do things in-game as 3 weeks of play at 3-4 hours a day wasn't enough to break 10 million without assistance from other players. Most of that ISK being spent to create a Corporation for New Players (so that co-op wouldn't make new players feel like a 5th wheel/worthless) to 'find' the Co-Оp (Social) еlements of the game which I was hoping to enjoy and has been advertised by CCP. Apparently the Eve community is not interested in any more players judging from all the Noob-killers in starter areas and I'm guessing Iceland has a very different definition of 'Social'.
