Pretty much this. The NC touts this gigantic supercap fleet, yet whenever the PL supercap fleet materializes, the NC supercap fleet "just stood down" or "isn't in position". I think you are ignoring the last sentence of that paragraph. The NC were probably unprepared for PL to actually fight back with everything they have. Now that the opportunity for a real live hotdrop exists, with us bringing a fuck off support fleet, I imagine a few of the errant supercaps will find some time to log in.

Last night we fielded Alphafleet vs PL Hellcats + supers. We didn't win but we did exceptionally well considering lag‚ fighting outgunned and having our anchors DD'd consistently.

This is proving our fleet doctrine vs a competent enemy, giving us experience with it and a chance to work out the kinks fighting for objectives that aren't strategic to us.

We have a welp in Venal and PL holds an NC tech moon? Doesn't hurt us strategically.
We have a rape in Venal and the NC gets tech moons back? Helps us diplomatically.

reimbursement doesn't have access to anything entered via GFAPI/GSOAR so when you submit a request that requires skill verification‚ we just PM you for the key and do it manually. after that your character is noted as logistics V or whatever and the next time you just get paid normally.
