In each of these gangs, smartbombing scorps with full tank make sweet ass bait.

I don't really like the smartbombing scorpion idea, as they have similar ehp to a rokh and isn't really adding that much actual practical value. You're probably better off with just another rokh than a smarty scorp.
I'm working on some fits.
>>No missiles. If it's an all missile fleet, maybe. But that's not the point of this fleet.
>>This fleet is a hybrid of the abaddon / hellcat fleets and the machhacs fleets that just give a little more flexibility to the FC to engage at pretty much any range.
Note that statistically, these ships(The rokhs, at least) are within 10% or so of the hellcats in almost every category when comparing dps(with AM vs. Scorch), volley damage, tank, range(with AM), speed, cap stability(1 HDE vs. 2 EDE), but with a much extended engagement range. Additionally, the support in a rokh gang is going to be more effective, cheaper, and easier to keep alive (Recons able to point from 70+km instead of t3's from ~50) and muninns / lokis for antisupport are also viable(and to a much greater range than the legions in hellcat fleets)
Updated Nightmare, Rokh, and maelstrom fits should be added to OP
