Default Rebuilding BRUCE: Commit or go now - please

Post subject: Rebuilding BRUCE: Commit or go now - please

According to most recent corp roster these are the corps that remain today:
14ALL
BLAZE - committed for 2 months
EGOAT
KAZO - commited for 2 months
MADIC
RAPT
RNAL
SS.E
T-S-P
TGRAD
TOHA - committed for 2 months
TPOG
UTR - committed for 2 months

That's more than enough for a viable alliance that can recover and prosper.
But the gradual leaving of corps has to stop.

The decision to leave Fountain and move back to Syndicate has been made.
We know we have some work to do to rebuild morale and regain a good place for us in Syndicate. but we need to know what we have and can work with. And we can't have people take on important positions as coordinators or FCs only to loose them because their corp decides to leave.

The corps that left were either truly burned out‚ had different goals for the immediate future or were simply fairweather members (in when the living is easy and out when things get challenging). C'est la eve.

I'd like to know from every remaining corp weather they are in for at least some time we can bank on.

So - if your corp is already on the febce and disgruntled and thinks about leaving - please to it this week. The sooner the better.
Оthеrwise commit for 2 months.

I'd rather loose a couple more corps right now then next week and the week after that.

Assume that things won't be rosy the next couple of weeks. Tell your members that regaining any part of Southern Syndicate won't be a walk in the park. And either commit to 2 months of really trying - or look for greener pastures now.

This is meant in a constructive and friendly way. I'm not accusing anybody or disrespect any who decide to go. It's a game. I understand that. Every corp is a mix of people who are partly hard-core and partly just-wanna-have-fun-stuff-right-now-and-every-time-I-log-on and everything in between.
But it's time to stem the cascade at some point‚ because that's the prerequisite of recovery.

TОHA is commitеd. I can't promise that forever. but for now morale is ok and we look forward to getting bRUCE back on track and prospering again.
2 months is should give us enough time to achieve some goals without being so long that people can't steel themselves for such time frame.

BLAZE will be staying in Bruce but will probably close and migrate its pilots to another corp in the alliance.

Euro players just come back from work now. And for US players it'll take even longer.

This will take a day or so. It's in the nature of a global game. Smile
