I don't have an overview over our FC numbers. Is the situation as bad as Elrick makes it sound?

Having competent and motivated FCs is highly important to the alliance.
We surely cannot win anything if we don't have FCs to coordinate battles.

Some people talk like moving away is an easy and cheap option. IMHO it's not. We have lost a number of corps due to burn-out‚ lack of fighting ѕpirit, infighting or whatеver. But we kept those most wanting to be in 0.0.

If we move back to something like Syndicate we'll loose some (many?) corps who will simply switch to other 0.0 alliances. Besides if we don't have the FCs we couldn't even get Syndicate back - so it would be back to empire.
