budget ѕtablе setup:

3xUnstable 2xMedium Dim
MWD Invuln Photon Heat 2xLSE
2xRelay 2xPDU

stable as long as the cap your sucking has cap. after its dry its stable with 1 neut + MWD forever. if there are multiple caps you can suck off one with cap as well when the primary is caped out.

this setup is the seutp I use with mine since if i'm using it I have my carrier there as well to boost its shields. tanks like 1500 dps with 1 cap shield transfer on it.
