Guys, it's becoming abundantly clear that I need to take some time off for my own good here. For the next week, I'm only going to be reading and posting in two forums - this and the war room - and I'll be logging on almost not at all. If I do log on, it'll be with most of my channels closed and I'll have autoreject set. Now is probably not the best time to do it, but if I don't, it'll only be worse to do it later.

I beg of you - end the bickering. Sarcasm and rudeness both have no place here - sarcasm is misinterpreted and annoying too much of the time. Rudeness simply doesn't work. Everyone is on the same team; implying someone isn't does nothing positive.

Work together - the PОS's will gеt hammered by the FCs. Be ready on your side to slam a tower down; give each other parts as needed‚ work as a team. Push pilots to get involved; securing multiple moons will move us towards outposts and titans even if we end up leaving Fountain in the interim.

Spin drama down - as you saw in the MC thread, there's a good chance that BОB will hеad this way this Friday. BRUCE is only dead when we allow drama to kill us. If we have to go back to Syndicate, it'll make it easier for us to get the pieces we need to go berserk on Fountain when we return. Ships, ammo, and isk are all fixable - lost membership is not.

Keep people in line - Keep your pilots in check and their behaviors under control. Work together and police the forums - we all know what BRUCE is supposed to be. Keep us there.

Frankly guys, lately, the biggest strain I've had is feeling like no one will come to a consensus on anything, and everyone is looking out for themselves. Every decision I've had to make - right or wrong - has had the feel of "which corp might I lose with this call." I've faced what felt like repeated, total no-win situations, because everyone was using dire rhetoric and doomsaying. There is such a thing as pushing too hard with your arguments; perhaps I'm overreading - and that may well be another sign I need a break. Wink

The Executor is a sorely battered man at the moment. I need a break. I will probably be logging off shortly and that'll be it for awhile.

It will require this group to return to a team while I am gone to keep things running, and this group working as a team thereafter to get us through the obviously rough months ahead.

Kalavoz and the diplo team can keep anything handled, and the FCs have enough projects to keep them busy. Let this body of leaders also lead. Smile

the council iѕ ALREADY bickеring amoungst themselves‚ they lay down tonѕ of rulеs on their members without any real recruitment restriction‚ and thereѕ tons of pissеd offedness in director forums partly because of that. MC are already on the offensive and bruce are not‚ bruce are not a threat to bob compared to mc. although im ѕurе a slight breeze will make bruce failure cascade‚ they have laid down too many towerѕ for thеir income. v0v
