+set maxed skills kin heavies + a few t2 variants for anti bs/anti frig .. this things got more jam then a peanut butter sandwich back in 0.0 i use my alt in one to ride shotgun for my ratting ship

Don't you have an awful time locking things due to the cloak and thus get jammed before you have a chance to do so?

with kali thiѕ sеtup wont work properly. the cloak decreases your sensor strength by half.

my setup for kali would be:

sometimes i drop the SB for a EM Hardener depends on situation and ops spec.

thing has really high strenght to not get jammed also in that exact setup i used to to sit cloaked on alt as i ratted and then come to me if i needed it if i got jumped etc.. for fleet id say something else or a nos or something
