Dear Walter Reed Community Relations Department,
My name is X and I am the Vice President of the USО club at School Namе.
I am contacting you to inquire into methods by which we at the USO club here at School Name can provide needs for the injured soldiers in your care. I know that we can provide support by writing cards and letters to our troops‚ but I was wondering if there were opportunities more along the lines of supplying needed materials. This would include things like x, y, and z. But, if you have any specific request we appreciate it if you let us know so we could supply our troops with what they need most.
If this is a good plan please respond with details on what is needed and how to get the materials to you. If you do not support a program of this nature we would also appreciate it if notify us, and, if possible, direct us to an organization that could help us with our goal of supplying the needs of our soldiers through material donations.
Thank you for your time and I look forward to your response.
Regards,
X
