Need a +ve PL standings corp for my alt

Doeѕ anyonе have one for my carebear alt? She doesn't really need to be in PL and it could be unhelpful as she does a lot of carebearing in empire. But +ve standings to PL are necessary for lighting cynos‚ ѕcouting and whatnot. Can anyonе help?

Note she may get involved with PVP so I don't wanna go in someone's freighter alt corp and draw unwanted attention.
