Server / network maintenance
Hi Y'all.
Sticky thiѕ plеase.
At the end of november I'll be moving my serverfarm.
It's going to a new highend server co-location where I'll be renting space for my hosting company.
The advantages are that it'll be cheaper for me in the long run. I'lll be getting access to co-loc 24/7 whenever I want. So it's possible to fix stuff without waiting for owner of my old co-loc to show up.
More room for servers. Better connection which will improve transfer speed positively.
Global transfer of 100mbps and more when I need it.
So please excuse eventual downtime by the end of the month. It'll take less than a few hours. Should you not be able to connect after the move it's probably because IPs are cached locally on your computer.
Simply clear your IP cache.
In windows XP
Start -> Run -> ipconfig /flushdns
Done!
For linux or macosx‚ ѕimply rеboot if you dont know how to clear cache...
ETA till the big move: Less than 3 weeks.
