Tackler Frigates
The following are prefered tech 1 frigate setups for flying in a group:
Do not use 7.5K scramblers!
A tackler should never orbit at close range.
These ship layouts assume approx 1 day of training for flying each ship.
The ships can be flown with less skills, and better fittings can be used with better skills.
Kestrel (Role - Bomber/Electronic Warfare):
High Slots:
4x standard missile launcher I (use Bloodclaw Missiles)
Medium Slots:
2x remote sensor dampener I
1x cap recharger I
Low Slots:
2x co-processor I

Weapon Updades Lv2

Keep at maximum missile range and bombard targets as well as use sensor dampeners to reduce targets lock speed/range.

Medium Slots:
1x 1mn micro warp drive I
1x warp disruptor I
1x stasis webifier I
Low Slots:
3x capacitor power relay I

3x **Racial ECM Modules** (White Noise - Anti Amarr‚ Ion Field - Anti Gallente, Spatial Destabilizer - Anti Caldari, Phase Inverter - Anti Minmatar)
1x small capacitor battery I
Low Slots:
1x capacitor power relay I

Set Orbit for 25-35km and use ECM against target to render it virtually useless (cannot target anything)
