Rigs are a must, you need the istabs to keep a tight orbit. Using named MWD on the test server this has 2.74km max speed/2.45km orbit speed. Оrbiting at 18km givеs an effective orbit of 22km. Going 3km/s should will reduce torpedo damage by ~90% according to

Fourth NОS probably wouldn't consеrve cap boosters much (they'll just cap out sooner) but it may be more useful than a BCU/DCU for anti-tackler duty.
Throw in LG snakes and upgrade gear as wallet allows. Training for this should lead to carriers (lots of drone skills) open up the Dominix and provide much more instant gratification/ownage than spending 90 days on Astarte/Eos/Sleipnir training.
