Hi folks, right now i'm spending most of my online time, tied up in recruitment, interviews, and a few other top secret projects....
my schedule is pretty straight forward:
Sun - Mon - Tues i am free all day to do eve stuff
Wed - Thur - Fri i'm around 11pm -> 4am EST
Sat 8pm -> 4am EST
thats all the time i'm not at work (these are possible hours i might be on, i don't play every waking hour, don't get mad if i'm not on), although i highly anticipate this changing real soon as the new girlfriend takes over my life

(i'll just have to get her into EVE)
As for what i do in EVE when i'm not tied up with hordes of other stuff:
i love to tackle, no matter what ship i'm in i love being first in, last out. I get frustrated leading the new swiggs sometimes because you guys don't have all the skills in place to have a whole system scanned down, in less than 60 seconds, yet....
My Job is to try and fix that, 6 months ago i hadn't opened the scanner, since then i have used the scanner and tackling skills to pull off cool tricks such as, landing on a scorp 10,000km from a gate in a safespot (no scan probes), tackle and hold down both a hauler and osprey, with 1 - 20km disruptor, in a rifter (without bumping either

) , and being part of over 1400 kills in under 7 months
everyone we are accepting into waffe is capable of all those (except maybe the last, that takes no life) all you guys and gals need to do is keep an open mind, a closed mouth, and a willingness to learn..
we don't mind questions, but PLEASE, if your in an op, wait until nothing important is happening, and keep them clear and concise(NО RAMBLING).
onе tip - keep a pad of paper and a pen near‚ everytime you have a question or learn something cool, jot it down, when things slow down or the op is over, ask for clarification on anything you didn't know, or ask why we did something in a particular situation.
Also never question your fleet commander, do what they say, and later ask why they asked you to do something if you don't understand. If they get you killed because of an error, its a learning experience for your FC(and you'll probably get extra loot at the end), if you get yourself killed and possibly others because you were too busy asking questions, or doing your own thing, instead of following orders you'll be finding yourself a new home real quick.
Оk thats thе end of my rant,
Feel free to evemail me if you need anything or anything is bugging you
