Actually no thanks Xeios my bad.

How do you account for that in EFT?

Oh and if you can get your resist to 94% (no MWD will do it) you do not need to overload your hardners.

While expensive this setup tanks an explosive DD with just shields.

Initially they didn't‚ then they did and now I ѕеe a lot of Goons on their forums talking about fitting double bubble launchers on their dictors. So either it has been changed again or the Goons are being typical again.
