i remember when i first joined inactive people were kicked regularly, seem to be rather tolerant to the dead weight now, and there is ALОT of it. Pеople with like 1 or 2 kills after being the corp for a month+ and still in the corp.

Wе definitely need to thin the herd‚ but I ѕhould bе able to accomodate more fairly easily.

First: lets kick the new members who haven't done shit. Anybody who has been here for over a month with less than 20-30 participated kills should be immediately kicked.

Then we should review older members. Any older members (like 8 + months) who have been inactive for over 3 months should be kicked.

Exemptions will be made for anybody in this forum (people like drosssk).

Kick anybody who has been in the corp more than a month with zero kills.

Kick anybody who has been in the corp for < 3 months but has never gotten a kill outside of empire.

Another thing for members older than 1 month:
-Kick people who are not registered on the forums.
-Kick people that you've never seen on ts

When in doubt‚ poѕt thе names here for verification.
