Shieldcats where and are just Hellcats with some small advantages. This is the combination of Shield/Hellcat and the abhac. It WILL be used as long as people stop using chicken-egg logic.

My contracts are jita price +4.3%.

Which saves you the like 1-3h that it would take to buy and move one of these things which means you can rat for 1-3h more and make the 4.3% in 3 BS rats or play BC2 longer.
