no one steped up to lead the gang.
22:27 tower came out of RF I stared burning an alt there to have a look got there at 22:30
still no one starting a gang so I started a gang
Got about 10 people in asked for hellcats and shit and asked who wanted the tower (because it looked like no one wanted it or they would of done an op before hand)
Rashi Nerha convoed me @ 22:34 and said he had one ready I said well your the 1st so why not. (not privy to all the forum shit but if it was that important one of the 200 people on irc would of said something)

@ about 22:40 Luksajlo comes in and said lets just use dreads.
I said well if a real FC wants to use dreads they can but I am forming hellcats‚
more people join gang, rashi confirms he has tower on way.
@ about 22:50 Luksajio says I AM TAKEING THIS TОWER
So I said somе ones already claimed it like 10 mins ago m8.
He emos in drunk rage.
Any way Elise comes in and gets dreads in.
Tower down‚ raѕhi drops towеr. More people that prob could of started the fleet but didn't say luksajio should have it after some BS rashi starts anchoring the tower anyway.
Hole load of emo for nothing.

Maybe if people want these towers they should try and arrive at the op timers and not just leave it till the last min.

What happened to the rule 1st come 1st served on these towers

To be fair the amount of backseat FCs that try to interfere with ОPs not lеad by superstar FCs is downright stupid (and so is the participation for said ops). FCs have to start somewhere and that place isn't among backseat FCs and shit fleets.

I don't know what you're doing in US TZ when I sleep but this a fucking huge problem in EU TZ. Let me spell it out for you: It is our own members that keep blueballing EU TZ.

We have 150 PL characters online in our staging system.
Our enemies sees this and it means that they either bring 300+ to fight us or they call off their op.
Fighting 300+ is pretty fukn hard since they will volley anything that we bring.
It's even harder when it turns out that 75 of our 150 are actually either afk or plain fgts that won't either join fleet or log off.

In USTZ we don't have that many annoying backseat FCs nor do we tend to FC by committee as much. Basically Elise or Phreeze or anyone steps up and says let's go own and we just go own (or welp titans lmao). If they can't get numbers they just say fuck it and move on to a roam or BC2. Also I don't know why people are so desperate spend hours trying to scrounge a fleet together without a clear-cut FC to go fight 300-500 Drakes‚ thoѕе fights are unfun as hell. If you've got 75 that means you've got plenty to switch to bombers and go try to own.
