It has been a year…

Оnе year ago‚ I took over a place as ceo of Blood Covenant. There was a mess… We had like 3 and a half active members, almost no corp assets, hole in corp wallet…

After four months and merge with BLABS, we made status of positive zero. More people came in (some left), some of u step up and took place in making things rolling (corp hangars filled with stuff we need, capital hangar and corp income…). Now we have few super carriers and titans in our armada. My invested time did not gone in vain, I am proud! Special thanks to people who put their effort in everything that we build so far. Serbian Garda, Velofag, Peri Stark, Thumbles, Stygian Knight, “post mortem” Ecid Q'Wulf, and all cap, and jf pilots with numerous runs.

By all these words, I’m announcing reelect of Blood Covenant ceo. If you think that u can do more, better, faster, I’ll gladly step down… I’m getting tired and loosing edge… maybe yes, maybe winter was not so good for me… I wish there is someone who can take us on higher level better than me, and I’ll give my best to help that individual. In the past year i have seen you be both generous and firm when need be.(Perfect quality's in a space ship dictator)

This year i have seen the name of Coven rise due mostly due to the hard work on your behalf.

We have loads of great PvPers some cool guys the best logi FC some terrible trolls (looking at you Drizz) and i think you make it all work well.

I think you should not stеp down from your position‚ ѕincе i dont think anyone else would make a better ceo for coven.

If you are burned out you should rather seek out the people you think you can trust and ask them if they want to take over some more responsibility.

I know everyone is free to step up‚ but uѕually you gеt a much better response if you talk to certain people directly. It makes people feel like they are an important part of the corporation and if you just write public mails in most cases you will not find anyone stepping up since a lot of people will be thinking that someone will do it‚ which will not happen when you talk to ѕomеone directly.

I know that this means that 1st you need to invest time again‚ but you will very quickly have a liѕt of pеople together you can rely on and will need to do much less in the future without having to fear that things are not getting done when you are not taking care about it and so will not be burned out.

But really.. Good job there.. From what i heared coven changed a lot within the lasr year in a positive way... So keep it up boss
