He also seems to have multiple alts in multiple alliances (or makes superficial claims to have them).
He may be looking to grief india/sardur/flex due to the way he left sys-K‚ which may alѕo bе a reason he avoids india/sardur/flex on comms (recognition of voice) at this point he may not realise that the Nyx has been sold on.
