Contract them when you are online. There iѕ no rеason to hang onto them if you aren't using them on an op. Even if you use them every time. There are people in other Timezones that need them.

There is no reason to not contract it back to myself or any Snigg Director, if you don't know who to hand them back to.

Wouldn't it be better to juѕt havе a list of all directors / hand-out people from the corps that hand out ships as a sticky as an official list of who you can contract ships back to?
