Torpedoes
I haven’t been in a single large fight in the last 14 months, so I hope this post isn`t entirely retarded – but during a chat with Shadoo a possible good tactic emerged. I checked some eft numbers and posting them ITT in case its good discussion.
The tactic revolves around large numbers (50-100 man fleets) and rage torpedoes. I do not know if these are realistic numbers PL can pull.
1. Torpedoes on a max dps bomber as anti-capital device:

A standard fitted Naglfar (taken from NC losses) has about 2 million ehp.
50 bombers would take 8 volleys to kill a nag (60 seconds)
100 bomber would take 4 volleys to kill a nag (30 seconds)

The plainest fitting seems to be the most efficient. Co-pro is there to allow cloak and neut; cloak makes the gang easier to manage but is not necessary. No rigs to keep it disposable.

50 ravens would take 7 volleys to kill a nag (40 seconds)
100 ravens would take 4 volleys to kill a nag (23 seconds)
This kind of gang has no chances of getting out alive once it engages, but if it can drop on a pile of sieged dreads while support is delayed by well placed bubbles, then the ravens will chew through the dreads insanely quickly. The goal is to cost the enemy a bunch of caps every time even when hopelessly outnumbered.
I checked the hyperion as an alternative to this and the max gank fit deals 1400 dps (instead of 1200). However the range is very short and the ehp is lower.
Finally there is the comedy option of gank brutix:

Drones might have to be taken out of the equation because the grid might shit itself. Dreads need to be clumped together for this to work (3 km optimal)
It is about 1k dps per brutix. Оn purе paper math:
50 brutix will kill a naglfar in 40 seconds. (50 sec without drones)
100 brutix will kill a naglfar in 20 seconds. (25 sec without drones)
Numbers look awesome but I am worried how it will look if even a tiny bit of lag is involved‚ making the blasters take longer to cycle and messing with mwding to the next dread.
3. Torpedoes on a raven used as mini-dreads to reinforce towers
Same fitting as above, with 2 hydraulic bay rigs. Оnly 1 rig rеquired if you have full skills. The rigs allow torpedoes to reach a tower through the shields.
A Dread Guristas tower has 45 mil shields before hitting reinforced. All other types have less shield HPs.
50 ravens at 1200 dps will take 13 minutes to chew through 45 million hp. Hardeners might increase that time‚ but you can choose damage types so it should still be below 30 minutes.
I actually used this kind of ravens recently to deal with death stars in empire, and I can confirm that they are very good for nuking towers, and that it isn’t just paper dps. With 50 ravens on the grid you probably won’t even need logistics unless the pos is gunned (first guy to warp in might get gibbed tho).
Now, the cool thing about this kind of fleet is the fact you can spend a single evening rolling through a region and setting a bunch of tech moons into rf. With less than 15 mins spent per moon it shouldn’t be terribly boring for anybody involved – and since no dreads are used – any FC can pretty much roll this kind of gangs without all the trust and fuel logistics issues.
In turn the PОS еxiting reinforced should translate into either :goodfights: or semite metals both of which are a good things.
