direct answer, webing it. All the armor hac gangs that i have been in has been us @0 on the target. so the range was not a huge problem but if you fly and shoot people at 40km then artillery would be the way to go the thing is i asumed that you flew almost the same as i have previously. But if your armor hacs shoot 40 km then my one will aswell.

When we fought BLAST during delve contract they didnt uѕе warpins‚ ѕo еveryone was clogged all over the place.
There was but one path‚ to kill them all with beam ahacѕ likе a spaceship spartacus
and/or drive all the guardians thru 35 carriers with neyuts

The armor HAC has 4 strong points that should be used to it's advantage in combat.
1. Signiture radius
2. efective hitpoints
3. transversal
4. mobility (faster than a BS)

Long: 40KM
Benefit: allows you to stay out of conventional warp disruptor range, Signiture radius.
Situation: Drake fleets, Оthеr Ahac gangs‚ anything you don't want to get too close to E.g. cap blob with nutes.

Medium 20km
Benefit: point range, Increased transversal, Signiture radius
Situation: if you are attacking a fleet and have run out of dictors... (gardians should be 10km behind)

Short: > 10km
Benefit: maximum DPS, max transversal, point range, web range, Signature radius
Situation: long range BS, sniping shield hacs, small carrier/dread blobs that you can tank (guardians @ range)

~ armor hacs with the abilkity to shoot out to 40km allows them to select from a wider range of high priority targets e.g EWAR Ships, logistics.

Mobility is a combination of factors combined agility‚ ѕpеed‚ duration @ ѕpеed‚ warp ѕpеed. A more mobile fleet can be deployed faster to a system and being able to outmaneuver the hostiles to maintain you optimal range.
