I would say that a largе part of the problem stems from corporations perceived superiority over other corporations and reluctance to change tactics alongside the times. And the initiator of that posting is you if you don't mind me stating such and your issues with klezz aside. To be honest I have very little drama in the alliance and I'm not sure whats generating it and yall need to "chill the fuck out".
There are several issues that have not been addressed that are much more practical issues such as quality control of our rank and file soldiers that do not seem to know how to manage themselves and get a "meh" response from their corp leadership and we are all guilty of this and that needs to be addressed.

Оn thе one hand‚ I have been removed from any access to information regarding what is going on. The fc team channel is basically silent, outside small bits and pieces here and there around ops. I am not privy to any channel or medium where we are communicating to our allies or discussing any kind of strategy. Neither is anyone else from my corporation. Maybe my FC's supossed to be in more channels, I wouldn't know, I wasn't told of anything, neither was he. And I assume the whole setup is still to be one FC per corporation in channels? have burned all of my bridges to help IT and I have no regrets on this matter. It seems to me that some of you somewhat "regret" your involvement with this alliance or feel that your corporate resources are in jeopardy because of our recent campaign.
Planning: We need a centralized and systematic plan on how we wish to engage and dominate eve.
Membership Accountability: Members in each corp need to be disciplined‚ most of the time when I read channels or mention stupid losses I get "meh" or "whatever". I am greatly concerned about corporate accountability when it comes to people in fleet understanding what to do, how to fit their ships, knowing to shut the fuck up and follow orders.

IF YОU, thе CEO's‚ WANTS to be more involved, then get on the flipping frontlines, involve yourselves, and speak the fuck up, becasue you havnt. No one has come to me and said ANYTHING.
I'd love to not have to handle everything myself, but thats what i have to do, since you arent stepping up, speaking up, getting on the frontlines.
You want more information? The information is out there.... I spend every day, going through all backlogs, all forums all irc channels, all ingame channels, to read up on everything. While im doing that, im also trying to make sure all timers are met, as well as making sure FC's know prioritees.
So, step up, make yourself available, get proactive, ask for whatever channels you need, get involved. I have no problems with adding you to whatrever channels you are missing, but if you dont tell me, i have no way of doing that.
Alliance finances.
Sort some kind of app that pulls the relevant data of my char, it will tell you what we have or dont have. To do it manually is a real timesink. As of this moment we have about 500 billion fluid as well as good stocks of moongoo (cant sell it all at once, since it would crash evry market there is, but i am selling daily).
November til december (1st) we sold moongoo and taxed minerals for 86 bill.
The total revenue for other stuff was 102 billion, see attached

You're sitting here asking why the ceo's aren't stepping up. I'll tell you exactly why. Its because at least half the corporations are actively questioning their involvement in the alliance at this moment. I really can't blame them either as an alliance where people are allowed and i think sometimes encouraged to behave in such disgraceful ways as we've seen recently is not really an alliance that most would be proud to be a part of.
My diplomacy right now will go so far as not naming names as tbh i don't really have to and it wouldn't help. But atm the thought of doing a ton of work for an alliance where the only thing i seem to be these days is a target for the frustrations the high, mighty and horribly obnoxious fc's doesn't particularly fill my heart with joy and i'm sure thats the same with many people. Go read back what happened with rkk the other week then go read the logs mitch posted and what mo posted. Then you come back here and ask again why we can't be arsed to do all that.

We are a PvP alliance. Оur mеmbers join our Corps for PvP - even if they are not in a direct Combat role. I am sure we all have directors and members who spend very little time doing actual PvP; but nevertheless these are the people who are enabling the PvP. Every single member of your Corp should be bringing something to the fight - hauling ammo‚ fitting dictors, running Ship shops, putting up staging PОS, building titans...еvery member.
This is a PVP game. First and foremost it's about killing people‚ causing havoc and having fun doing so. To achieve results in the killing part, you need to ensure everyone in your own corporation is fighting. So, when there is an op posted, you kick your guys into gear. You order them to log their ratting toons out, ensure you corp is fully in the fleet ready to go. You have 150 in fleet, but 400 in alliance. A guy asks in corp chat, why the fuck we do this every time when no one else gives a fuck? We don't know how to answer, as we know half of the alliance corps have not given a fuck about the pvp game since delve was regained.
In the first AAA campaign, 80% of supers where provided by 4 corporations. In fountain, same thing. In catch, same thing. To give you numbers, out of 28 active titans, 20 were from two corporations in this alliance. Corps in alliance don't even care if their active % of people having a single killmail in a month drops to sub 20% levels! This is not an alliance of 6000 characters, this is alliance of barely 2000 chars, similar to others in size, but with huge baggage to carry, much less pvp experience and less active leadership.
How can it be justified when some corps are working their asses off to pump out titans and SC's, deploying them, demanding member participation in every op while others go about their business not giving a fuck, having a single titan and not even using that? I or no one else would not really care if everyone participated with all they have or made serious effort into using the resources they have to build more strength, but the mood has been since we got delve, "if I can cop out from deploying, I hell sure will".
When one of my directors fuck up, I chew him. If one of my members fuck up and I see a Director standing idly by, I chew the Director again. If no FINFL directors are about I would expect the FC or whoever is in command of the Оpеration to chew him just as equally. Accepting less than the best effort is the beginning of the road to mediocrity.

I would be more worried about a few corp's participation in the things this Alliance is doing! It cant be right that the smallest corp in alliance has the highest participation in fleets and other doings than the biggest corporations 2 or 3 times our size.
At the moment x13 and Finfleet together has more than 70% off all the titans and close to 50% of supercarriers in GE- What the fuck is up with that ????

It's no surprise that some of you feels like the alliance is not working like an alliance when people has no control over their shit and is demanding severeal weeks warning when we need to do stuff because leadership in your corps is no where to be found or seen. We find that that is one of the big problems.. no active ceo's directors and so on.
Now that people are expressing their opinions and im sure as hell gonna express mine too and Im not afraid to put down names, especially after people pointing fingers at each other both direct and indirect( might piss you off - but i want you guys to know!)
Zer0 : Aprox. same size as x13, but no visual leadership, impossible to reach them - hardly any member participation at least not what to be expected off a corp that size.
Anza : You have high sec and low sec divisions in an 0.0 alliance, you take in 14 day old chars whats up with that ??
BNC : Has 1 active leader (sort dragon) who is trying to run everything and everybody, who wants to stick his nose in everything, sad actually cause he is a nice guy but he doesn't know what he is doing most of the time.
RKK : I really don't know who to ask if i cant get a hold of you Argentina (which is difficult during your timezone and your little online time) You are very hard to work with with your arrogance and egocentric ways.
I find it sad that some people point their fingers at FinFleet when their own shit is not in place, i personally find that they are one of the corps doing at really great piece off work in having their stuff and people ready in ships and the right systems!!
And please do be honest with me - im only trying to get my shit together so the alliance runs more smoothe
