Prolly gonna get flamed for this, but been looking at some numbers and for this fleet specifically, I think hurricanes might be better than muninns for popping dictors/support. They do better alpha damage, and because we're going in short range, the range bonus the muninn gets is not an issue really. The only drawbacks are slightly lower tracking, and lower speed/align time (but that shouldn't matter in this fleet).
The benefits are: higher alpha, (edit) better rate of fire, more dps, better tank, and about 1/4 the cost of a muninn, and better scan res than the muninn. Drawbacks were already listed.
