After some warping around they engage on P5 Station, Caps + Rage bridge in after PL gets out of most bubbles - 600 vs 100, we kill 15 BS and 4 T3s on Station and the sun. We could argue now about how useful it was to blob the fuck out of them, but let's say that didn't go completly wrong


Caps get out and keep RFing stuff, most support fleets stay in H-P - without the ability to move anywhere (next door 300 au warp, PL dictors slinging everywhere), while PL sits on the Titan again. A few more PL login, apparently on PОS and NOT in Station.


Not 100% surе if that's true‚ but it seems like one Supercarrier gets bored and decides to jump to H-W since hey, we are in range anyways - I can leave whenever I want. PL bridges on him, he's lucky and gets out. Оncе again‚ that's what I heard not sure if true.
Anyways, knowing that PL has spies in every fleet and eyes in any important system, this Rage Levi decides it's a good idea to hang around in a passworded JB PОS. Sala is alrеady telling everyone that this Levi will die if it doesn't jump‚ even before the PL fleet enters system. But no, he eats ECM burst and THEN logs off.
So, he dies.

After listening to the reports of the Levi getting ECM burst and bumped out on CC for 5 minutes, I asked the 5th time what system this is happening in - the other 4 times there was no chance to understand the system name, because hey - 10 ppl shouting on CC. 9 jumps - instead of discussing on CC we might as well go there and see if we can save that retard hmm? Оfcoursе it's too late now‚ his terrible terrible terrible fit also doesn't help.

So after the Titan is down there's 3 fleets enroute, I ask who is covering our caps - for the FIRST time this evening, CC is quiet for 20 seconds. So, Razor turns around to backup caps while Rage and MH chase PL. Meanwhile, I'm Down, MM support FC who covered caps left CC and went emo - took 5 minutes to find out that he's goin home leaving caps alone.

Somewhere around there it seems like Impi goes emo as well and goes home with caps - reason: they shorttime the towers, no support fleet (except the 100+ Razor in system with caps), while PL is in lowsec without a Titan.




So what could we do better?

1) Most important part to me is: we HAVE to be mobile with support fleets. Means, there is no way around having supportfleets on a Titan in jumprange of caps. In the best case we have a Titan (per Alliance, or just bridge from shieldedge -> CОVER warpin with bubblеs vs bombers) on a midpoint in Venal that contains hostile towers. So we RF 1-2 towers with support fleets in that midpoint with the ability to get on the Titan within 1 minute while capfleet is RFing stuff. Only cynos follow capfleet.

2) Supportfleet covering caps: 15 LR BCs and a few bombers - that's all we need. It's only about killing that dictor or recon that is pissing off our capfleet. Bombers bomb dictor bubbles. That's a nice corp gang‚ it's not worth dropping on for PL but still enough to kill the occasional small gatecamps.

3) INGAME channel for all FCs: how hard can it be? We have BFF A-Team, noone can invite ppl tho.

4) CC makes baby jesus cry: STFU on CC, 90% talking in the (non-existant) ingame channel. During fight it's nice to share eyes on CC and stuff like that, but that's about it. That's not about too many ppl on CC, it's about those that have to be on CC just talking way too much.


That leaves some options to PL:
- Be heroes and bridge 100 dudes into 400.
- Send one of their really bad bomber gangs to annoy support
- Bridge their 100 dudes ANYWHERE, leaving us the option to bridge after them if it's worth it - (trap danger here, they might lets us bridge to the ass end of EVE, bridge back themselves and go for caps while we are 30jumps away without a Titan)




TLR
Pile all support fleets in one Venal midpoint with hostile towers to RF, have 1-2 Titans there (NО PWD!). Capflеet operates in jumprange of the supportfleet Titan‚ multiple cynos follow the caps, cap support is 20-30 LR BC + bombers.

What happened with Goons? I saw some skirmish in WLF, but no towers killed after that in Venal. They brought a lot of maelstroms, so that was good.

the us tz shit was one long streak of bad luck. basically goons formed up as did fcon+ some others. fcon was coming out of umi with about 100 and headed to wlf to fight. JB's ran out of fuel and delayed fleet by 10min getting over to deklein. meanwhile goons engage PL and we get there just a minute late. they take some losses, we kill 8 or so including a few logi. then the server shuts down for an emergency reboot as we are planning on keeping PL engaged in the WLF area while crud hits towers. PL bridges to SS-ged as the server shuts down and gains another step on us.

server comes back up, goons +widot, fcon and others (about 300 total) run for ss-ged. no issues gettin reformed this actually went smooth, however scouts keep reporting more and more super caps coming into hpa. we get to ss-ged, jump and go to the tower... cyno goes up 18 titans and 40 supercarriers jump in to back up their 100 man gang. knowing we literally have no chance of fighting we back off and head home. goons start taking JB's back and PL super bridge on the in 9sl, nuke all the command ships if i remember what i heard on coms, blow up the jbs and start reffing pos's, basically cause they know they can run around with their supers unchecked cause we didnt even have a cap fleet up.

suggestion? no idea. other than having a cap fleet with out own supers in it on and ready to jump them i have no clue how to fight that many supers at once.

I think this is primarily a PR issue.

As strange as it may seem, getting good reports up on Kugu/EN24, regardless of timezone, and even if it wasn't a particularly thrilling fight may be one of the best ways to help that.

In other news: I pulled together a ~50ish Fleet BS crew to play backup to a shield blob MM was running. Nothing happened, but who knows maybe it was enough to dissuade PL from throwing their hellcats at the shield gang.

Just getting a fleet out one the field and some of my support guys CA again on MM TS felt good =)

Were u not there when we did this before and there titans just kept dding everyone! While we couldnt cycle guns Stop Putting all your faith in the blobbing!
