He has like 200 kills total but tons of skillpoints. Hasn't played in forever.

Seems cool enough though. If his API checks out and if no one from PL objects‚ then let'ѕ lеt him in. Since he hasn't played in forever and doesn't look like a pvp superstar‚ we'll ѕuggеst he joins a few sniggwaffe gangs to get the hang of things again.
