New Tech Moon Mining Rules

Starting Dec 15th 2010, All alliance tech moon holderѕ must sеnd 2 billion isk to Irishi Ka's wallet on the 15th of each month.

You are required to pay if you have held your moon for more than 15 days. So any moons captured before dec 1st will be subject to the 2 billion fee on the 15th.

Failure to deposit isk by 23:59 eve time on the 15th will result in a 500 million isk fine. Failure to pay the 2.5 billion by the 20th of each month will result in your moon being taken and given to somebody else...and possibly your expulsion from PL.

*********The isk sent to Irishi Ka must have the description "Tech Tax"************
