Deployment is dead" because the morale is poor and getting worse because we aren't winning the propaganda war vs. PL
We were steamrolling the ruskies until PL joined the scene. We let the PL metagaming squad to work‚ and suddenly somehow losing a few BS/HAC fleets, or some tard carebear's mom to hotdrop, is heralding the "end of NC", and "Deployment is dead" "Rebellion backstabbing their blues". Funny, I could swear we were losing far more on a daily basis against the ruskies and having "good fites".
I have always though bob/kenny lost Max2 because they lost the propaganda war with us, not because we were somehow better. We had slogans like BFF, and organised the north into the NC; IT had worn-down grunts who thought they were losing every fight with us and didn't see the point of coming north.
If we can convince the average NC grunts that PL is just 1000 fags with time for alot of forum poasting and chest beating, we can still steamroll the ruskies.
My 2 cents

Unfortunately your starting premise is incorrect‚ we aren't in ER or Kala to steamroll the ruskies, or indeed to kick them out, or to destroy infrastructure, or anything other than 'goodfights'.
Not having a purpose, a strategy, an aim or a unified plan are the reasons why this is fail, on the entire NC front (Razor particpation was reasonable). RAGE and Majesta seemed to be the only part of the NC with a purpose and the drive to push through with it.
The improvements or suggestions for this campaign could have been endless, but when the starting point isnt to achieve anything of consequence, people lose interest after about 3 weeks of 'throw ship at pointless task'.
As Gumpy said again 'typical NC campaign' - my question (for constructive debate) is why Razor isnt as ambitious as, say RAGE or Majesta?
Before waiting for older corp members to retort with 'you don't get Razor', or 'Razor has never had a plan' ....... perhaps we should?

"Propaganda" is winning the war, we lost a BS fleet to an AHAX fleet and took some damage some other times, some ratting idiots in supers are dead, moons that we can and will take back when our attentions turn that way were taken, so all is lost, and let's start bemoaning our fate in such a way that those posts will undoubtedly wind up as forum porn for our enemies.
Jesus fuck, we own LXQ, the gateway from The Forge to the Drone Regions, we have the Babushkas on the defensive so thoroughly that they're contracted the most expensive mercenaries in the game who still haven't been able to make us withdraw from the DR's or reverse our gains there, and all they've been able to do is take some largely undefended assets and shit-post on various forums crowing about how sexy they are. This happens every time the north deploys away from home, someone takes advantage and takes some of our toys and we go back and take them back when we're done. What, because we're dealing with a few fucks who have trained Forum Trolling and Propaganda Management up to V we're now doomed?
For fuck's sake, HTFU.

^^ This.
What difference does it make to you‚ directly, if we lose a few moons for a few weeks? I don't care, and neither should you. We will take them back. Form up and make the jumps to save the CSAA's, and be content in knowing that PL is sapping a lot of isk from our enemy. The Droners are on their heels, and there is plenty of fighting. This is a great time to be in Razor, and if you think otherwise, please GTFО.
Notеs for FC's: PLEASE stick to your tactics. Don't allow drakes in hac fleets as some idiots will leave a zealot or guardian to fly a drake. When you let people join fleets with any ship they want‚ there is no motivation to move useful ships into the staging area. Announce ops as clearly and as early as possible. Also, assume every fleet is going to get bombed, and adjust your tactics accordingly.
Notes for grunts: Show up for the ops with the right ships. Get your ships to Uemon or LXQ. The last armor hac gang I was in had 25% drakes. The last larger fleet I led had so many lemmings that I nearly had an aneurysm. Stop fucking failing at simple logistics and simple direction-following.

toally agree
but for the record we attacked them because they were planning to attack us (or so rumor had it confirm/deny?) and our illustrious leaders decided taking it to them was much more interesting. if we leave now they take the moral high ground having 'won'‚ use that to get their own pilots on a high and do you really think they won't follow through with their initial invasion plan??
I have found a fleet every time I have logged in recently so stop being negative nay saying fags and keep bringing it....

Also‚ one could think of all those PL pos's as KM's in waiting. All those pos's are gonna get knocked down, by us. I seriously doubt even PL would be so bold as to assume anything else. That's alot of KM's. PL will come to defend some of them. More good fitz close to home when it becomes interesting to do that.
Also, who the hell put Kula Kane in charge of the war effort this week? You wanna blame something for fleet numbers...I present exhibit: A-Z. That's the only thing I find disheartening from a grunts perspective and it certainly can't be improving fleet numbers. The guys like an idiot savant. Half the time he's dribbling on himself and then occasionally he blurts a perfect rendition of Ave Maria.
Log on. Kula's stoned outta his mind. Decide it can't possibly by that bad as it's 3am in the morning in Moscow. Get proven wrong.
