When it comes to the CSAAs (Capital Ship Assembly Arrays), our initial main target, the job is almost completed. All except couple CSAAs are either destroyed or stripped down by DRFs. While we didnt managed to abort many supers (I think only couple of motherships but i doubt we will ever get confirmation), majority of CSAAs were taken down by hostiles, which is really nice from them. Grinding all of them would require

Regarding our home regions, PL managed to destroy 30ish towers on tech moons which we plan to get back in near future. They are also managing to kill supercaps piloted with n00bs every couple of days. Props to them. Luckily we are nailing some farming moms in drones as well.

Now comes the important stuff.

We used this campaign to find the cracks in our command structure and try to address them. We tried having FCs running the show, but it showed as not good enough. Cobra2k stepped up and volunteered to run the campaign, but despite his enormous efforts and taking into consideration that conditions were not optimal, we felt the things are not going as they should. Anyway huge kudos to Cobra.

We realized that putting the additional workload on the FCs ended up being counterproductive. After realizing that we are loosing our offensive steam RAWR High command started endless meetings and discussions how to streamline communication and improve efficiency.

You guys are aware that position of RAWR Military leader was vacant for last 6 months after Imperian went emo, and started playing HoN - the game where even retards can be successful (same goes for WoT btw)
The decision was unilateral. Military Leader position shouldnt be filled with FC because both running fleets and organizing stuff always end up with burnt FC. This way FC should focus on loosing fleets exclusively. We quickly found the most competent (and willing person) to fill the shoes of Military Leader, so hereby I am pleased to announce the new Military Leader of Morsus Mihi alliance - Mistaaaaaa Ronan "Rachel" Teisdari, better known as TGRADS CEО.

Finally wе have our command structure in place with myself as Alliance Leader‚ Killer2 aѕ Dеputy Leader and Ronan Teisdari as Military Leader

The most important thing should be better flow of communication which would lead to more enjoyable experience to everyone. I am sure Ronan will do his job at highest level possible‚ but incaѕе he fails...
