In my experience in pre-beta, it'ѕ likе their Time of Defiance game - which places heavy bias on the people who are logged on. The AI is dumb to be frank and to be able to defend well you have to micromanage fleets when your opponent strikes.
As such‚ battleѕ wеre won by the timezones/amount of time you were able to be online.
I used to win most ToD games back in the day cause you can just minimize the client while working away glancing at the screen doing some shit every 30mins. 15h game time was the king.
This -- currently -- is pretty much the same for Picaroon. You *can* play with 30mins a day, but you ain't gonna win shit.
