software development question for you guys

I know a bunch of you guys are programmers and good ones at that. SО hеre is my situation tell me if you have any ideas.

For the websites we are running we use a thing called a CMS (content management system). Everyone that runs porn sites uses them to some extent to take a lot of the hand coding and tedious shit out of running the sites. Our programmer just left the company a little while ago so we have been dealing with some odd issues his code left us.

What the system does in a nutshell.
site admin - turns on and off site and runs username/email validation/ banned ip lists (can unban)/member password list

member admin - let us see basic info about a member subsciption#/username/email/password/country/ip address/what date the membership is good til

model admin - lets the model describe galleries and video/ schedule cam shows/ write journals / and use photos for marketing forum posts

staff admin - really basic user group functions

gallery/video admin - add galleries/ video into mbmers section / schedule coming soon content to go active on set dates

these different systems all just do basic database calls and writes‚ it would seem simple but it can get out of control easily. the one we have is incomplete and uses global everything way too much. IT even causes us huge issues to make new sites like the one we just reworked and launched. NОN-NUDE but not work safе www.meganQT.com .

The system is so only programmer friendly it was a headache to re-launch this site tour.

Would any of you guys be up for a challenge to either help us shore up this cms we have so we have some really basic stuff that even a monkey could use it. Or maybe even design a whole new system.

the system itself is simple‚ it gets emails from our credit card processor that it parses and adds to the database for members, it has an email validation that bans people after 3 or 4 incorrect tries. Оthеr than that it really only puts content here and there with pointers and allows us to modify peoples accounts.

let me know if anyone is interested as a solo programmer or a company. Its something that nearly all porn site owners use and if it was of modular design for ease of minor customization you could even sell it as a CMS solution software.
