I don't really like the dual rep on this ship. Seems like it'd be a cap nightmare with only one injector and your offensive systems needing cap. I'd probably try something like this:

I think with this ship you'd pretty well never want to leave a gate or station‚ getting caught by a Vaga or ѕomеthing in a belt would suck but at least with scorch you can keep him back a bit. This thing should be pretty epic fighting on gates though‚ with enough EHP to probably tank and jump out if ѕomеthing happens plus the web can keep dudes outside of scram range nicely and you just paste them with scorch. Probably fine for ganks with gate guns on you too‚ juѕt don't gеt into a protracted fight.

the reason you dont agress in the carrier is nothing to do with looking like a god and everything to do with local pirate corps dropping 15 dreads on you.

this is however unstoppable on a kickout. i killed a carrier with this combo! it owns everything. the only ships i couldn't kill 'solo' was big passive tanks drakes broadswords etc. but that were rare and i did use thew carrier on them ones.
