Usefull T3-tackle-booster?

As havent worked me totaly back into the skill thingie and stuff, is this an usefull setup for beeing t3 tackler booster? (also skill wise).

the loki only has around 80k ehp, but i didnt find a way to squeeze a 2nd 1600mm in.
