old friend of mine is coming back to eve after a long break in the marines.

cytro is currently in -a- as he was a member of that alliance before he left to go shoot ragheads in the desert. he rejoined so he can get his assets out of their space, but when he is finished with that he will be putting cytro into snigg with captain trashman (who i've already accepted).
