Hulls
I bought some new hulls and fittings to make sure we stay stocked from jita.

We have quite some extra hulls now which I bought from alliance people relatively cheap in 1v- directly. However I had to go to jita for some other hulls we didn't have anymore.

We should have quite some fittings in the can for those aswel. Due to me not being able to fly all these ships they aren't all fitted yet. I'll ask Grath (who can fly all of em) to do them when he has time.

Supers fuel
Moms/Titans can get fueled in 1v. If ndd ask to have a specific amount of fuel moved to BPK if ndd. Snigg always has some fuel there too.
I prefer it if titans let us know upfront when they'll nd fuel due to the big use.
We have a lot of oxygen (+-2m) in 1v- due to the amount of nyxs and erebus. Helium as 2nd. And hydrogen/nitrogen as a smaller amount.

PoS
Some Snigg PoS' gone down to due fuelers forgetting to fuel their PoS. I myself was busy and Phalanx III stepped up and fixed that problem via refueling them and taking them down. I'd like to thank him once more via this way!
Also thanks to Kearl to keep others fueled.

To take down still:
Q7 and TTP

We always need to watch out if we need pos's that are up. The fuel costs is one thing, but it also means we need to get someone to put effort in the fueling.
Directors of other corps make sure your PoS' are shown in the AIC Wiki in the tower list!

Expenses
I've billed 5b today to Snigg. It's a big amount, but it was over a long period. I finished my expenses report today and our expenses have dropped. This is most likely linked to not facing DD-fights and overall low activity. Also we haven't dropped many SBU's and TCU's. Also that we were able to salvage some mods in 1v- from old towers that were offline from others and the effort Phalanx put in making sure we get our towers back that we deployed earlier. Оur еxpenses in that aspect have dropped significantly.

I did stock up on quite some hulls due to people wanting to sell hulls in 1v- pretty cheap. We nd to stay sharp and make sure it doesn't get locked in. So I might move some to BPK.

Conclusion
Thanks to Kearl and Phalanx III the first week of august was saved! It will be hard still since I'm gone for 3.5weeks apart from on weekends. If you need anything done logistics wise make sure to let someone know a good amount of time upfront.
