The way they work is that a worker occupying a pc slot has to meet a daily quota‚ if he doeѕn't rеach it at the end of his shift he gets nervous because he might get fired. In World of Warcraft it wasn't rare that these guys sold epics (a bit like faction items) for 50% of the usual price before the shift ended because they were in a hurry afraid of getting fired because they woudn't meet the quota. This might give you an idea of the pressure that is on these guys.
