I do think selling the space to goons would be the best course. If you guys do the pet stuff have fun. They will drive you insane. And it could backfire. But give it a shot if shamis approves it. The tears could be great.

Goons are leaving curse and getting 10+ stations in NC space so i dont think they want to buy those stations.

take the ѕtations, sеll it for big money to stupid people (without blue standing)‚ wait a couple of weekѕ until thеy lost it‚ take it again and ѕеll it to someone else...

we did the same a couple of times with pnqy in fountain and it is much easier to manage than tons of pet convos
