What do you specifically need to use use these agents? For all I know one of my many alts can and not even know it.

Level 4 locator agentѕ arе able to find characters anywhere‚ deliver reѕults within 10 minutеs‚ and have a 15 minute timer before you can uѕе them again.

They are agents like mission agents. If you have good standings with an NPC corp‚ there are probably locator agentѕ availablе. You just go to talk to them‚ and one of the optionѕ is locating somеone.

Check out eve-agents.com (locator -> yes, and input your corp name).

What exactly are you using locator agents for? Оthеr than Titan/Mothership pilot movement I can't see any use for them other than feeble attempts at a Brobuck style "I'm gonna kill him everywhere he goes"
