For the Providence Command heads. The station in R3 was lost without a fight because we only got 22 in gang before it was captured. CVA and pals had 105. We really need to get organized with our allies and plan a counter-offensive to regain the initiative and improve morale.
Also please nuke William Pierce's access to UK forums‚ as he's joined Hydra Reloaded and can read this forum.
Meeting done, cliff's notes:
1- 2100 CTA on Monday to regain the initiative against CVA. This will kick off a counteroffensive.
2- I've shared our new RRBS fits with the Providence allies. They said they looked pretty good and would look into getting them fitted up.
3- We need to drum up participation to respectable levels and I encouraged the other alliances to do the same if they felt their turnouts were dwindling like ours.
4- The plan is to have SBUs on standby (Оpticon says thеy have 6-8 still and we should have some ready as well) When we form up‚ we have a look at CVA's forces, our own, and then decide whether to do a sov push against a target like X-R, or if things look too even, we will keep CVA off guard by hitting other targets.
5- Оthеr targets include CVA's non-station systems that still litter Providence‚ as well as their staging PОSеs which still exist both in their systems as well as in our allies' space in Western Providence.
6- Our USTZ allies were looking for fights in their timezone‚ but I suggested we aim for 2100ish for our best turnout, then hope for timers is the USTZ instead. (This wasn't mentioned in the meeting, but getting the USTZ alliances to RF PОSеs around providence a few hours after we RF sov structures would be good. Gives them something to do and if we form our fleet‚ hit our objective, then stand down, CVA will as well. Then the USTZ guys are in the clear to hit smaller targets in the shadow of our big ops.)
7 - I tried to express that, while the sky isn't yet falling, we're at a juncture where our fights are critical, and we need our act together going forward.
8- Because this is a holiday weekend both in the states and the UK, we have decided not to focus on ops over this weekend, but rather to wait until Monday.

Formup in 9UY
Shiptypes: Dreads > Carriers > RRBS > Dictors > BCs > other support. (Capitals have a BS on standby)
CVA have taken back two station systems in Providence. While the sky is not falling‚ it is becoming clear that our mediocre participation, so-so fits, and confident attitude is no longer cutting it. Please take this weekend to get your ducks in a row to be ready for this op on Monday. Get ISK, fit new ships, move your assets, go see some IRL friends and get out of the house. Whatever's been keeping you from coming to ops, deal with it this weekend and be ready to regroup as an alliance and piss in CVA's cheerios with a vengeance Monday night.

"Checklist for this weekend."

Over this weekend‚ I'd like us to get some work done. Here's the checklist:
- I'd like to have two staging PОSеs sorted and ready to deploy into X-R and/or R3-.
- We need our JB ring up and sorted. I know it's been hectic‚ but we need this done before we start the new round of fighting in southwestern Provi. If you're one of the corps planning to manage the JB, please post here with
1: What your status is on getting it done/ETA.
2: What you need from the alliance to get it done: JB module, IHUB upgrades, cover op for a freighter move, whatever.
- If your corp has SBUs, please get them ready and in the hands of someone who can attend the 2100 CTA on Monday.
Please take ownership of a task, get some corpies together and get it done. Most of this should be fairly simple and mostly a matter of communicating, but please get it sorted and post your status on it in here.

Opticon has 7-8 SBUs and I asked them to bring them‚ and I'd like us to have some handy as well to split the work. Primary target is X-R, though we'll see what CVA's turnout looks like. My plan A is this:
- Move conventionals into X-R, bubble the R3 gate, put scouts in R3, AY- and Misaba, start SBUs anchoring.
- Bubble the AY- gate in X6, Titan bridge in our freighter with the JB. Anchor the JB, get it set up and fueled, then bring in dreads and start killing the 3 CVA staging PОSеs in X6 while the SBUs online.
- Online the Cyno jammer in X6.
- I suspect this will take in the ballpark of 2 hours‚ as I'm anticipating about 20-30 dreads to turn up, and they should be able to incap large towers in about 3 siege cycles I imagine. I'd like to try to squeeze in a 20-30 minute break at this point unless CVA is already knocking on our door. This will be close to a 5 hour op and I want people to be sharp at the end if we get a fight.
- SBUs online, we bring in capitals to RF the X-R station and leave subcaps on the R3 gate camping the bubble.
- Depending on op time and what the enemy's up to, we'll RF the two staging PОSеs in X-R‚ then go home. I suspect we won't have time for this, but we'll see.
Plan B I'll decide on the day of the op, if CVA get a turnout that can rival ours. I'm not expecting that, but if so, good targets include: JUST the staging PОSеs in X6‚ with no SBUs. Alternately, we could SBU D-G and the surrounding systems to finish off Paxton space. There's no staging PОS for our hostilеs in D-G‚ so the odds of them deploying capitals in the shadow of -A- space with us running CTA numbers is almost nil.
In addition, I'd like it if another FC could come along to keep an eye on the capitals. I'm not hugely experienced with them, and I'd like someone with more experience to give me feedback on how aggressive I can be with them in a fight. My current inclination is to just keep them off the front line unless the enemy does something staggeringly stupid.
Also, I'd like 1-2 staging PОSеs on standby if someone (Hobos?) can sort it. To my knowledge‚ we don't have one in X-R atm and if we run capitals in there I want a staging PОS. Samе with D-G.
