The Mittani has officially appointed me sub-director of the GoonFleet Health and Human Services Division (now headed by ssb). As such, I will be running the newly created GoonFleet Fitness Program.
Some of you may have seen the SGBS thread detailing the proposal. Since then, we have worked hard to hammer out the details. The key change is that the program is no longer mandatory - however, participation will reap great rewards! How? Let me explain how it all works.
Requirements:
First, not everyone may apply for the GoonFleet Fitness Program. We have chosen to concentrate on the worst 50% of GoonFleet - those who are obese (as defined by BMI). Applicants will submit their height, weight, and measurements of their waist, thigh area, and arms. We will require updates from you on this data on a bi-weekly basis, or you will be removed from the program and your privileges suspended.
Before you complain about BMI, keep in mind that it is fairly accurate for most people. We will require a submitted photo to prove that you are, in fact, obese.
What You're Required to Do:
Your requirements are part of a straightforward diet and exercise routine. You must record everything you eat in a food journal (Solo will be implementing a special system tied to your account) and its nutritional information. Many generic foods will be included in a searchable database, so don't worry if you just eat an apple or something. We won't be too strict on that front. Depending on your information and chosen intensity, we will set exercise and calorie requirements for you. We can easily adjust your individual plan if you have special requirements, so fear not.
You will need to maintain your exercise and food journal on a daily basis! You will have 3 grace days a month. After that, you will have to start over on the consistency scale.
Rewards:
Here's the hook. Оur ultimatе goal is to make your exercise and eating routine roughly equal to ratting in terms of effort-to-isk. So here is what we are offering: (note. We will give you the FULLY FITTED HULL in empire‚ DKUK, or Curse!) Note: we are flexible on adding new ship hulls to the cache at this stage.
Consistency reward: (Meeting your requirements every day)
Under 1 week: No reward
1 week: 2 fitted battleships or 1 HAC (your choice of ship, based on a selection we will provide to you. max 1/d)
2 week: 5 fitted battleships or 3 HACs (your choice of ship, based on a selected we will provide to you. max 1/d)
3 week+: Same as above, every week. Think of it as a subscription program - as long as you meet your daily requirements, we will continue to give you free ships.
Milestone rewards: (Meeting certain milestones will grant you extra rewards)
First 5 pounds lost: In-game medal for your character and all your alts
First 10 pounds: Corp will give you an extra 30m on top of one of your fitted ships a week for faction fittings.
Every 5 pounds after: Оnе bonus faction fitted ship of your choice‚ no matter what it is.
