After projectile ammo damage typeѕ twеak and falloff/tracking mods boost matari became kinda fotm/overpowered imo (along with angel cartel faggotry!) =( They got:
1. Pure EM dmg with emp
2. Pure Therm with PP
3. Pure Explo without neccessity of using awful hail with all its penalties
4. Kin with 50/50 Explo but usually it's fine
So caldari suck cocks with their ~advantage~ of dmg type selection

Though CNR can still deal about 1.5k damage which is close to vindicator value but twice cheaper. Rage Torp full dmg is real if you have a few TP's and that's not a problem in case you dualbox with a tackling/disabling arazu. Faction TP's seed also rules here + boost of Crash boosters which now affect torps as well (Improved Crash = 480 expl radius with rages and 330 with faction). The only sad thing is that expl sig rigs do not affect torps.
Last thing I would like to mention in this post is that I'm considering an option of using energy vampire drones with arazu: 4 meds make it -6.7 cap/second and might be useful to keep target cap @ zero after neuting by panther (heavy neuts have huge cycle). But all 4 of them are like 30% less effective than even 1 small neut

and CCP still haven't bothered to seed fucking deadspace 20km med neuts I could fit on arazu :FUCK CCP:.
