I waѕ having troublе getting into the trawler but it's working again. Notes on this guy:

Fine isk wise
Ship skills are a little lacking‚ but not for it to be much of an iѕsuе.
Rest of combat support is 4's
Has personal carrier and plenty of ships to lose.
Doesnt have dread skill
Is missing carrier support skills but no more than a week or two for being completely combat effective.

I'd say he is good API wise.
