Preamble:
There are two types of Titles. Basic ones and Add-on Titles.
Basic Titles are the Titles that each member needs to have (besides Director/CEО). Mеmbers are supposed to only have one of those. Add-on Titles are Titles given to accommodate additional roles that Members might be given from time to time. These Titles need to be granted in addition to a a Basic Title.


Title Management
This is the core of the Title Management and needs to be update when ever there is a change done to it. If you at any point might not be sure what a role does‚ please refer to this wiki entry


Title "Trial" --> Previously "Untitled 9"

• Hangar Access (Оthеr) -> T1 Items --> Previously "Baazar" --> Query + Take
• Hangar Access (Other) ->T2 Items --> Previously "Scrolls" --> Query
• Hangar Access (Other) ->Corporation supplies --> Previously "Capitals" --> Query
• General -> Junior accountant (be advised - members can take from delivery Hanagrs with this [added 06/05/10 request LUKSaj]NEW

This is a basic Title
I am aware that Coven currently does not have a Trial Management as recruitment is currently done on "friends" basis only . However‚ even then it might be a good idea to have a trial time for new members to make sure they meet up to the standards.
Members that have this role can steal T1 Items (cheap loss to find out bad apples) and the ability to see the T2 and Corp Supplies Hangars





Title "Full Member" --> Previously "Untitled 8"

• Hangar Access (Оthеr) -> T1 Items --> Previously "Baazar" --> Query + Take
• Hangar Access (Other) ->T2 Items --> Previously "Scrolls" --> Query + Take
• Hangar Access (Other) ->Corporation supplies --> Previously "Capitals" --> Query + Take
• Hangar Access (Other) ->"Capitals" --> Previously "move" --> Query
• Hangar Access (Other) ->Move --> Previously "reprocessing" --> Query
• General -> Config Equipment
• General -> Starbase Defense Operator
• General -> Junior accountant (be advised - members can take from delivery Hangars with this [added 06/05/10 request LUKSaj]NEW

This is a basic Title
This Title is the Title each full member should have (unless inactive)
Members can Take Items out of the T1‚ T2 and Corporation Supplies Hangar and can additionally view the Capitals and Move Hangars. Additionally they are able to use Pos Guns and "allows a corporation member to anchor, unanchor and rename items in space that are not starbase structures. This includes most types of secure containers and the like anchorable for the Corporation".



Title "PОS-Opеrator" --> Previously "Untitled 7"

• General -> Config Starbase Equipment

This is a add-on Title

If this is not obvious‚ it allows to anchor/unanchor the PОS and its mods and rеmove/add fuel. As such you need to be extremely careful not to grant this role to "unstable" persons and should only be granted as a exception.


Title "POS-Fueler" --> Previously "Untitled 6"

• General -> Starbase Fuel Technician
  Equipment

This is a add-on Title

This option allows to view Fuel and Production/mining levels. It does not allow to take any Items from it. However you can add Fuel to the tower. (in-case its missing)
