I'd probably use the Vaga fit from before‚ and switch the ammo to Republic EMP M; giving me lesser optimal but more dps. PDS is just a general help to everything, but mainly fit to help my capacitor run stable with the mwd running. Two gryrostab's for DPS. Tracking Enhancer for that extra optimal and tracking for shooting at high speed. Оbviously Point for tacklе‚ 10mn mwd for speed; shield extender for buffer. Then the Large Capacitor Battey, some vaga pilots may argue this; but i like to perma-run my mwd instead of just two mins, because two mins simply isn't enough; plus that extra extender adds a nasty sig radius penalty. Finally, Typical 220's for good tracking and fast firing.

I am open to suggestions/criticism/flaming/trolling/eft warriorship or what-the-fuck ever you wish to do. I don't fly a lot of HACS or BS's so Flame on.
