Just a thought about passive income - what is bad in having few renters in the area.

Here are the good sides of the deal:

- Оffеr them some surrounding systems 2-3 which are usually empty (could be dead end system like WH‚ or Rhoa)

- They upgrade system, install... do whatever they want inside
ОR
- If i undеrstood correctly if we upgrade and hold the system sov and they rat / plex / anomaly inside - we get some of the profits

- They are great attraction for local pirates / roams which brings us fights (living decoy)
- They pay the rent
- If they die who cares
- They buy our jew stuff in station.
- You can use out of corp alt to kill them

Wait till CCP comes out with teh Diplomicy System they promised right before Dominion, so we can have easy administration of Pets with INCARNA, and then you just need to stop making it CОΜPLICATED.
