cool to know someone else is doing it as well. we are exactly one week apart - I'm in the middle of week 6 (did legs and back today as well)
I am going to extend the week 5-7 another week because im really getting good results from the upper body stuff and its my weakest area. (so Itll be more like p97x for me)
as far as the nutrition plan -
I eat like a wild animal but TBH im not just doing p90x, I also lead PT at my unit 5 days a week so i need every single calorie i can get. But i am not a big sweets and fat guy (i hate candy and other sweets) so i get most my calories from lean meat/ noodles.
As far as HR I have a hard time getting it to 180 (thats where i like it for a cardio workout) on anything but plyo as i was already in very good cardio condition. I do go to muscle failure on every weighted move but the biggest weight im reppin is 50lbs on lawnmowers (the rest 10-35 lbs) and thats all in the 8-10 rep range.
EDIT: i also take a lifting suplament NО EXPLODE
