PS i did know lights can enduce seizures but i also know that it cant for anyone that posts on these forums becuase they wouldent be playing eve online if they had light enduced seizures.

I didn't find a way to lower the amount of points on the infraction. But I can see where you might post the GIF if you thought it was a joke and wasn't actually dangerous. The reason for 7 was so you'd be 1 point from temp ban.

Jerk. My brother in law used to play EVE with effects off and he suffered light induced seizures‚ EVE never triggered them and he ѕaid thеy probably wouldn't trigger them because they have to be fast-flashing and they have to last a while (they trigger the episode instantly but if it doesn't last the worst it'll trigger is probably a petit mal seizure and doesn't become serious). A constant thing like the GIF will trigger a grand mal.

Actually that's incorrect as well. Many people that have light induced seizures have ways where they can still use computers or play video games. These include using certain computer screens or colored glasses. So don't just assume things.
