Rental agreement standard to all renters in pandemic legion space:
Important Update:
If you have already paid rent for the month of August the new agreement will start for you at the end of the month (August). Any questions you may have regarding the new rental agreement should be brought to sniggs bathhouse forum edition section.
You pay:
You will no longer pay rent every month. Here is the new pricing for rent:
-If you are a corporation not in an alliance and you have 50 members or less you will pay 600 million for 3 months of rent.
-If you are a corporation not in an alliance and you have more then 50 members but less then 100 members you will pay 1 billion isk for 3 months of rent.
-Any corporations not in an alliance that has over 100 members will pay 2 billion isk for 3 months of rent.
-If you are wanting to rent as an alliance your fee will be 5 billion isk for 3 months of rent.
You CAN pay in advance but if your corporation recruits members in between payment and the date rent is due, you are expected to make up the difference if you fall under a new category.
Corporations not in an alliance:
If you are in a corporation and not in an alliance you will be required to join the alliance we set up called "Greater Pathetic Community". You are able to join one of our current renter alliances but that will need to be worked out between you two. The only exemption to this rule is if you are participating in FW. You can remain out of an alliance if you are active in FW. Do not just say you are so you don't have to join either or I will boot you. Upon your confirmation as a renter your CEО or a dirеctor can apply to the alliance. Once this is done you need to either bump your thread in snigg bathhouse forum or create one thread if you don't already have one saying you have applied. This will be more convinient for everyone involved being as soon as you join the alliance you will have access to G95 and standings with all parties needed.
There will be no exeptions to this rule so do not ask
You get:
You get docking rights and full services access in G95 and PNQ‚
you get permission to set up poses anywhere the Satyr constellation for 50mill per tower a month. If you anchor a tower in G95 it MUST be a small or medium, no larges allowed. You will be required to create a thread in snigg bathhouse forum and get confirmation of the fee being received before you will be allowed to setup the pos. Make sure you do not check sov on your towers. Any abuse of this will result in you being booted.
I am getting rid of this for now. Fountain is fair game to anyone wanting to throw down towers minus DBRN. You will no longer have to pay the montly pos fee either. The only thing I ask is that if you are going to throw up pos's, fit them properly (ie decent setup like dickstars or something). Make sure you have people that can stront it to come out in US tz as well.
If you have a pos currently not in the Satyr Constellation you have until the end of the month to remove them before they are forcefully removed. Any pos's currently in the Satyr Constellation that you wish to retain will need to be paid for immediately.
You can now also claim sov in any system PL or SОT doеs not have sov in.
you get a list of people to set blue(at the bottom of this document)‚ and you get permission to rat, mine, explore anywhere in fountain (see exceptions below) with the provision that your pilots do not rat in systems already taken by other npcers and dont cause dumb drama. Everyone in fountain is NBSI (If its not Blue, Shoot it)
Ratting & mining rights:
In the sovereignty of the following alliances, you leave the system if one of the members of the owning alliance asks you to leave, when you are ratting or mining

The listed constellations are off limits to renters. You can't rat/mine/run exploration sites, run npc missions or escalations sites in these constellation. However you can pass through them.
The Satyr constellation is off limits to SОT rеnters. If you see someone trying to rat/mine/run exploration sites‚ run npc missions or escalation sites inform them they must leave. They are however allowed to pass through as needed.
Unicorn Constellation is a Pandemic Legion Sov4 Constellation and is a dead-end constellation. As such it is 100% off limits to renters, there is no reason for you to be there. Violators will not be afforded multiple warnings.
"Seth Rock" is in charge of residency agreements and all payment questions and correspondence goes to that character.
Payments will go to "Dewie Cox" of Pathetic Execs corp in Greather Pathetic Community Alliance. If you are in any doubt as to the correct spelling, copy and paste from this document. Accept no substitutes!
Sov rights:
There will be no sov rights in Fountain with the exception of Event Horizon who currently have sov in PNQ-Y. Anyone found with sovereignty will be evicted immediately.
You are free to rat mine in PL and SОT sov systеms (outside the restricted constellations) but if they come in and ask you to leave you must leave.
When you pay‚ procedure for getting set up:
Upon payment Seth Rock will set standings and add you to this document. Mail every contact on this list asking for blue status and reference this page for proof. Оnly sеt blue status when they have confirmed you blue
You also get access to PNQY and G95 stations in Fountain‚ their owners have been instructed to grant access to everyone on this list. You will not get access to Y-2 station at this time or be given temp docking rights so dont ask.

-contact Event Horizon. "Mirio Tradisa" for PNQY docking access
G95 is the main station in Fountain you should base out of.

"Dewie Cox" of Pathetic Execs is the person you pay the rental money to. When sending rent payments for reason use the name of your corp/alliance. ex: (r) Pandemic Legion rental payment. Any questions / issues MUST be posted on the forums, ingame contact is not an option.
Important notes:
Do not assume people are friendly until they have confirmed you blue.
Known isk farmers joining any renter corps will be shot. Blue status does not protect known participants in ISK selling operations. Any renter found to be harboring ISK farmers will be asked to remove them.
All renters should use the intel channel "sniggs bathhouse" for hostile sighting. You get access when you sign up.
-Any renter drama will not be tolerated, police your membership or get out.
-Allow 24-48 hour replies to any issues you send. Again the quickest way to get an answer is to post in the sniggs bathhouse forum section.
-You may anchor towers in Satyr constellation for 50mill/month per tower.
-You can dock in PNQ and G95 and do all refining in G95.
-If you convo us asking to put a tower up anywhere outside the Satyr constellation chances are you will be booted out for being a retard.
-Attacking other renters pos's will result in you being booted.
-If you are asked by PL to remove a tower you will have 48 hours from then to remove it or we will remove it and you will no longer be able to rent from PL.
-All the rules and guidelines are outlined in this rental agreement. Do not convo us asking if you can do something that is not outlined in here because it will be no.
